I travel throughout California to teach high-intensity fitness classes to organizations. To me, fitness is much more than physical strength -- It's about training your mindset to become the strongest, most determined version of you.

BootyCamp is a 45-minute high-intensity cardio and toning fitness class that utilizes bodyweight resistance for the ultimate total body workout. Prepare to put your phone down, sweat with others, and move to the beat of the music. This is where working out becomes much more than "just looking good." It's a mental transformation through movement of the body. Think, the ultimate pump-up talk combined with an all-levels fitness class.
